1. What is AAR Insurance?

2. How do you get insurance?

3. What will happen if I lose my membership card?

Report the loss to your HR department immediately you realize it’s missing. However, the card cannot be used by any other person provided the fingerprints have been saved on the card.

4. What will happen if my card gets damaged?

The client should return the card to AAR Insurance for replacement at a small cost of UGX 30,000 only.

5. What will happen if a patient is too ill to present a fingerprint?

The hospital should notify AAR Insurance for off smart billing.

6. What happens if I have forgotten my card at home?

You can be verified by use of OTP on your mobile phone or treated off smart after authorization by AAR Insurance.

7. What happens if my child is taken to the hospital by a relative or somebody else whose fingerprints are not on the card?

Treatment will be provided only after authorization by AAR Insurance. However, always encourage the child to be taken by a guardian whose fingerprints are captured.
