He is an experienced business leader and has worked as a senior executive in the insurance industry with particular focus on growth transformations,innovation and digitalization. He has led Health Insurance at Jubilee Insurance where he has served as CEO for Kenya and  as Board Director for Jubilee Uganda and Jubilee Tanzania and as Commercial Executive at Old Mutual.

Dr. Patrick has also worked extensively across Africa and the Middle East,including as a senior Consultant at McKinsey and company where he worked in multiple sectors such as Financial service,logistics and utilities.

In addition to that he is also a certified Executive coach and a member of the UK Academy of Executive Coaching member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya,fellow of the life Management Institute (USA) member of the General Insurance council (AKI) and a member of the Kenya Medical Association.

Dr. Patrick has currently joined AAR Insurance Holdings as the group CEO to lead the team in driving growth and sustainability of AAR Insurance Businesses in the region.
