Trust is a commitment, a continuous journey and a bridge between the server and the served. AAR Medical Insurance honoured 2024’s Customer Service Week, marking not just a year of putting customers first but a 40-Year legacy of unwavering commitment to putting them in control of their health.
The week commenced with a striking Black & White theme, a visual metaphor for the clarity and excellence that AAR Medical Insurance has embodied over four decades. This theme was not just a statement of style but a reflection of a philosophy that has informed our relationship with our clients: transparency & distinction in service.
The week unfolded with a multitude of activities including a day where staff wore various professional attires, honouring the diversity of professions within our client base & symbolizing our respect and appreciation for their patronage. We also had the different departments take turns at preparing and serving breakfast to the rest of the staff which demonstrates that the obsession for service starts from home, amongst ourselves. The Managing Director’s Office was no exception and during their turn, our MD, Christine Nassuna relayed our collective message of gratitude and commitment to AAR Medical Insurance customers who have been the cornerstone of our success. Christine also attributed our continued success to the AAR team who go above & beyond to serve the clients diligently.
The Customer Service Week was also marked by the colourful internal launch of the AAR’s 40 Year Anniversary Celebrations at the office gardens. The Customer Service Week was crowned by a hearty breakfast hosted by the Sales Department which symbolized, not an ending, but a renewal of our long-standing commitment to standing by our customers in control and in health, for more decades to come.
The Customer Service Week that was universally themed Above and Beyond, was an opportunity for us to appreciate our customers and reaffirm our pledge to continue empowering them to take control of their health, with even more passion and purpose.
