Family and individual covers. An individual can request a quotation via the AAR mobile app, reach an agent directly or visit the ASHU offices
Retail Covers. The individual can use the access USSD code for such covers as Ddwaliro care and Munno Mukabi Platinum
Corporate covers. The administrator can request a quotation through an agent via the website or call customer service on 0200300201
The cost of medical insurance varies depending on the number of people and age. However, our covers are affordable for everyone.
Paying premiums depends on the cover purchased, however one can pay premiums directly to our bank details or via online using the MTN MOMO or Airtel Money code.
Claims can be filed via the AAR Mobile app or sent directly via email to allclaims.ug@aar-insurance.com.
